BridgeForward 2 Medicine Consulting, LLC is dedicated to empowering aspiring physicians through personalized coaching, mentorship, and workshops that promote equitable pathways into medicine. Founded by Dr. Bernadatte G. Gilbert, a board certified family medicine physician and HBCU alum, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities that students from a variety of backgrounds face on their journey to becoming physicians.
Our mission is to help students navigate the medical education journey with confidence, purpose, and resilience. We believe that different perspectives strengthen the medical profession and better serve our communities. Through our comprehensive support and guidance, we equip future physicians with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in medical school and beyond, while reflecting the communities they will serve.
We also help higher education institutions build institutional capacity to develop stronger physician pathway initiatives that expand opportunities and improve student support, student success, student outcomes, workforce development, and community health.
